Today you have the major payroll companies and hundreds of “PEOs”, “ASOs”, high-powered benefits Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, and others all vying for your business. It can be a challenge to try and understand the difference between one vendor and the next. It is very easy to make an expensive mistake.

Therefore, unlike our competition, we do not take a “one size fits all” approach to service delivery. Some clients may want to outsource 100% of their HR function, many others would prefer to keep some services in house and outsource others.

Most BPO companies are going to ask you to break this long standing relationship when you join their program. Despite the stated reason, the actual reason is usually simple: the outsourcing firm wants to receive the commissions being generated from your benefits program. With XcelHR, we get involved with employee benefits when it makes sense. If you are happy with your current vendor, we will coordinate our administrative services around your existing benefits program.
