XcelHR’s SmartSourcing offers you every form of employee management from a PEO or (Professional Employer Organization) where all HR services, soup to nuts, are offered in one service bundle to HR Flex – our term for a la carte services. Generally speaking, the comprehensive bundles are better suited to smaller businesses (10 to 100 employees) and the custom programs are better suited to mid sized firms (101 to 250 employees). XcelHR also handles employee management for larger firms with more than 250 employees. The difference is these firms generally have a well established internal HR department and our role is to support elements of their operation (such as payroll only, benefits administration only, etc.).
