Please verify your mailing address which is printed on the last pay slip you received.
If you need to change that address, please fill out this
form (click here), then print it and sign the form. If you are a current
employee with access to our Employee
Self-Service portal, please logon
(click here) and edit your address information online.

Printed W-2s will be sent via U.S Postal Service First Class mail by Wednesday, January
31st, 2018. Allow five to seven business days to receive your W-2. If you are a current
employee, you may also obtain a copy of your W2 from our Employee Self-Service portal
(pre-enrollment required). The forms will be posted at the time the paper forms
are being mailed.
If you need a reprint of your 2017 W-2 and you don’t have access to our Employee Self-Service portal,
there will be a $25.00 charge. Beginning
February 16, 2018
we will reprint every Friday until April 13, 2018. If you need a reprint of another
years’ W-2 (prior to 2017) there will be a $75.00 charge. All requests must
be in writing, signed and mailed to XCELHR, together with the payment (personal check).
