They verify the accuracy of your payroll taxes and that they are filed on time and compliant with tax laws. They are available to address client questions related to W-2s, taxability of different payments such as fringe benefits, how to tax employees on visas, and tax notices.
Our Payroll Technicians are committed professionals who administer your employee payments. Using our state-of-the-art HRIS software Connect and Time & Attendance, they ensure our clients’ employee wages are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Our benefits team is composed of licensed dedicated experts with over 20 years of experience. They have profound knowledge of the benefits industry and will answer questions in a timely and professional manner. Upon request, they can provide clients with materials and or training on all XcelHR benefits.
Our training specialists are seasoned professionals who teach clients on how to utilize and navigate through our HRIS software. They provide on-going support for Connect, JazzHR, and TimeMD, XcelHR’s software system. All of these programs are available to you under a single login. They provide training and customize a unique account that meets the client’s business requirements.
The workers compensation team works diligently with you to build strong workplace safety programs that are effective and OSHA compliant. They actively investigate and process workers’ compensation claims, establish a reserve if necessary, and coordinate the disbursement of benefits. Upon request, XcelHR can facilitate safety audits and building inspections. This team strives to provide our clients with the best insurance rates for their small business.
Our Recruitment Specialists are professionals who excel in human capital solutions. With more than eighteen years of experience, they help clients recruit and hire the right candidate in a wide range of industries and positions. These industries include, but not limited to, business administration, healthcare, industrial, accounting and finance, engineering and technology. They successfully fill positions for our clients in the commercial, non-profit, and government sectors as well. Using our automated applicant tracking software JazzHR, they fill up open positions quickly.
